Refunds & Cancellations
REFUNDS: There are no refunds once your order has been fulfilled. Refunds will not be given if you are displeased with a product or if a food item was not to your liking. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern in a sensible manner.
ALLERGIES: We are not responsible if you are allergic to an ingredient and if you did not ask or disclose such concerns prior to partaking the food. If you have allergies to a certain food, it is your responsibility to reach out to us prior to making a purchase.
CANCELLATIONS: Must be in written notice within 72 hours of your delivery date/pickup date. I.e Your order delivery date or pickup date is January 6th, we must receive a written cancellation no later than January 3rd. A full refund will be given minus $10 cancellation fee to cover the processing fees associated with the credit.
